As of this month, NCRD wil lbe discontinuing the use of the Core membership software. In 2022, NCRD explored using Core, a YMCA membership software program. We conducted a trial run over the last 6 months. While this program accomplished the goal of patrons being able to sign up and pay on-line, it had many flaws. Since it was specifically designed to be used by the YMCA, it was hard to adapt it to all the programming offered at NCRD. It also left many gaps in record keeping. This caused an excessive amount of staff time backtracking daily. It turned out to be a bad fit for our organization.

There are programs specifically designed to be used by Recreation Districts. We are currently researching a more appropriate option. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused to our patrons as well as our staff. Moving forward we will keep you informed. NCRD will continue to try to improve our customer service. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
