After more than 25 years of dedicated service to North County Recreation District, Debbie Crosman will retire on July 1, 2023.

She assisted in establishing fitness programming for the community at the current facility beginning in 1989.  As one of the founders of the district, she became the Fitness Director in 2003. With her determination and oversight, fitness classes and services have grown significantly. We are deeply grateful to her for where we are today.

We will miss her! And wish her the very best yet during retirement!
